At that time the brothers Tadeusz and Grzegorz Lewandowscy started to run an enterprise named TAGREL. The beginnings of the company involved a small technological line which was easy to establish and therefore allowed for the production of the articles that are relatively easy in use. The growth of the clients' expectations, the fact of new trends having appeared and the competition that grew more intense became a stimulus for the new investments. Today TAGREL works using the equipment of the companies COLOMBO, ISOTEX, MATEX and PRIMEC, the leading supplier of the machines being used for the production of coated manufactures. Thanks to the facts mentioned above the company can boast of the materials of the highest technological parameters and of wide variety of colours and designs.

Coated clothes are manufactured in a production process through the overlaying of the carrier with the coats of the softened PVC. This layer is being finished off through varnishing, printing or extrusion. The kind of the carrier depends on the client's needs. We use many different kinds of knitwear, cloths and nonwovens as well. Coated manufactures can be transformed through sewing, knitting or gluing for the needs of many industries like:

• furniture industry: as a furniture-covering of the living-room suites, office furniture, medical furniture or cabinet furniture,
• printing industry: as the bindings of the books,
• automotive industry: as the upholstery elements,
• footwear industry.
